Ⅰ Signs of normal operation of ammonia refrigeration compressor

1.The oil level of the crankcase should be maintained in a normal position.   

2.The oil pressure should be higher than the suction pressure 0.15 ~ 0.3MPa.

3.The oil temperature is generally maintained at 40 ~ 60 ℃, the maximum does not exceed 70 ℃.

4.The compressor body should not be localised heat phenomenon, the safety valve pipeline should not heat.

5.The bearing temperature should not be too high, generally 35 ~ 60 ℃.

6. The temperature of the shaft seal should not exceed 70 ℃. The temperature of other running friction parts should not exceed the ambient temperature of 30 ℃.

7. The temperature difference between the cooling water inlet and outlet of the water jacket and oil cooler is 3 to 5 ℃.

8.The suction temperature should be 5 ~ 15 ℃ higher than the evaporation temperature.

9.Refrigeration compressor discharge temperature should be less than 140 ℃.

General domestic series of single-stage machine at 70 ~ 135 ℃;

Double-stage machine in the low-pressure stage exhaust temperature of 70 ~ 90 ℃;

High-pressure stage exhaust temperature in 80 ~ 120 ℃.

10.Cylinder and crankcase should not be impact sound.

Ⅱ Signs of normal operation of Freon refrigeration compressor

1.The suction temperature of Freon compressor should not exceed 15℃. For R22 the maximum should not exceed 145℃. The maximum discharge temperature should not exceed 125℃ for R12.

2.Discharge pressure in general, for R22 in 1.0 ~ 1.4MPa, the maximum does not exceed 1.5MPa. for R12 in 0.8 ~ 1.0MPa, the maximum does not exceed 1.2MPa.

3.The oil temperature of the crankcase is generally not more than 70°C.

4.The oil pressure of piston compressor, the new series of piston compressor oil pressure should be higher than the suction pressure of 0.15 ~ 0.30MPa.

5.Normal refrigerant circulation in the expansion valve, no blockage. It is used for refrigeration when the low-pressure side of the frost, used for air conditioning when the low-pressure side of the dew.

6.Other checks with the ammonia compressor is basically the same.
